President: CJ Klitch
Treasurer: Kendra Mitchell-Foster
Secretary/Communications: Heather Hillier
Heather (she/her) brings both heart and organization to the work of building Pride in the community.
Heather is deeply involved in the behind-the-scenes work that brings Pride to life; from coordinating details to building relationships with sponsors and community partners. She values collaboration and connection, and has helped strengthen partnerships that continue to grow Pride in Prince George into something more unified, impactful, and far-reaching each year.
As a mother of two, Heather first became involved with the Prince George Pride Society to help create a safer, more inclusive community for her trans/queer daughter. She is a fierce and dedicated ally to the trans and queer community, driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued. Through her work, she is committed to helping build a community where people can show up as their authentic selves and know they are not alone.
Heather is proud to contribute to a future where 2SLGBTQIA+ people in Northern BC are not only accepted, but truly celebrated.
Volunteer Coordinator: Bastille Geates
Vice President: Paula Crespell
Paula (they/them) brings their friendly, sympathetic, curious attitude to every project, looking at problems from different angles and cheering on their team's work and accomplishments.
Pau is passionate about volunteer work, helping bring their community together to create memorable events where everyone can share their talents, knowledge, or just come out and be curious! Pau believes that visible positive queer initiatives help shift skeptics perspective of them, and humanize marginalized groups, whilst also nurturing their subculture and sense of belonging. Pau enjoys being an active village member, and hopping into whatever role needs doing, from lending an ear to soup kitchens, they're always up to something.
As a neurodivergent queer kid, Pau learned early on how impactful feeling ostracized and being different can be. After experiencing the euphoria of cheering at and seeing the culture of the ballroom scene, Pau quickly began going to every possible ball and kiki, and eventually, found themself learning how to organize all sorts of events for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community after moving into Prince George.
They're proud of the work the whole community has accomplished, and honoured to be a part of such an important mission.

We live, work, and play on the occupied unceded ancestral territory of the Lheidli T’enneh. We acknowledge the ongoing consequences of colonization that disproportionately harm Indigenous queer, trans and Two-Spirit people.
